Thailand is set to relax the entry rules for international arrivals from March 1st, despite the continued global surge of the Omicron variant of COVID-19.
In recent months, both the Thai and Indian governments have been quite active in the crypto space. The Indian government plans to implement a 30% crypto tax following increased scrutiny of crypto trading in India, while Thailand has withdrawn plans to implement a 15% tax on cryptocurrencies
Starting Feb 1, 2022, fully vaccinated travelers from around the globe can apply to enter Thailand without quarantine under the re-launched “Test & Go” program. The new Test & Go program has two additional requirements which travelers should be aware of.
